Sweet and Savory Cinnamon Raisin Breakfast Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
2 slices Dave’s Killer Bread Raisin’ The Roof Breakfast Bread
1 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
¼ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
2 breakfast sausages, cooked
2 pieces bacon, cooked until crispy
1 cup shredded hash browns, cooked
Directions:
Toast Raisin the Roof Breakfast Bread until desired level of toasty goodness
Add butter to a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add egg, season with salt and pepper, and fry for 4-6 minutes, or until whites are set, edges are crispy, and yolks are slightly cooked but runny
Assemble breakfast sando: stack toasted Breakfast Bread with cooked hash browns, bacon, breakfast sausage, fried egg, and remaining toasted piece of bread
Eat immediately and enjoy!
